Course Outline: 10 Modules
The course covers forklift and lift truck operation fundamentals, including equipment types, parts and controls, daily pre-operation inspection, stability and load capacity, safe travelling and turning, pedestrian awareness, loading and unloading, stacking, and workplace safety principles.
How the Exam and Certificate Work
You need 80% on all quizzes and the final exam. Once you pass, your certificate is available to print or download from your account. Each certificate is digitally numbered and sequenced, and we can verify student records and certificates. Certification is valid for 3 years.
Practical Evaluation: What Your Employer Does
